Mr. Gill is a business builder and financier with over 25 years of experience in creating, restructuring and growing businesses across various sectors, including mining, energy, automation and technology. His career in mining started in 2001 when he was a founding Director of Norsemont Mining Corp., which was eventually bought by HudBay Minerals for $512 million in 2011.

Following that success, he founded Lomiko Metals, a junior exploration and development company which received development grants from both the US Department of Defense and the Canadian Natural Resource Ministry totalling $16.7 million for its graphite project. Mr. Gill then joined Pampa Metals Corp. (now Andina Copper), a South American copper explorer which is now a significant project developer in South America, as Chief Executive Officer.

Currently, he is a Director of Promethieus Technologies Inc., a company that invests in new technologies and is focused on the semiconductor industry, and Chief Executive Officer of Triple One Metals Inc. Through these roles, he has leveraged his skills and knowledge in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic development. Mr. Gill graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts

Dr. Luisa Moreno, Ph.D., has over 12 years of experience in technical and economic research, with unparalleled expertise in strategic minerals and related processes. Dr. Moreno is currently Co-founder and Managing Partner at Tahuti Global. Prior to this, she spent 7 years as a Financial and Senior Equity Analyst at Canadian Financial Research and Investment Banking firms, including 4 years covering the specialized field of industrial minerals within the metals and mining sector of these firms. Dr. Moreno possesses strong insight into materials processing and metallurgy of industrial and precious metals and an astute understanding of supply and demand dynamics.

She has published a number of advanced technical reports on key strategic materials, and is a sought after consultant to numerous mining and processing companies and industrial end-users. She is on the board of several junior mining companies developing strategic materials like lithium, cobalt, tantalum and battery-grade manganese. Dr. Moreno is a frequent guest speaker on television and at international conferences, and is often quoted in national and international media and newspapers. Dr. Moreno is a Physics Engineer with a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Mechanics from Imperial College London, in the United Kingdom.

Formerly the Company’s Controller, as acting Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis. Mr. Gainsbury, CFA, CMA, has over 16 years of experience in financial management and consulting in both Canada and Brazil. His most recent experience includes serving as Controller for several publicly-listed Canadian junior mining companies. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of a Brazilian engineering firm with over 800 employees, as well as a senior consultant leading corporate finance projects across multiple industries for Deloitte in Brazil. He specializes in strategic management, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, as well as corporate restructuring. He holds an MBA from McGill University and has earned his CFA and CMA designations.

James A. (Jay) Richardson is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, a Singapore Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association of the United Kingdom. He has practiced as a Partner of Clarkson Gordon Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young, Canada and Singapore) and a Partner of KPMG (UK) prior to establishing his own practice as a company doctor in Toronto, Canada in 1993. Specializing in interim management in troubled situations, he has served as the CEO or Chairman of listed public companies on five occasions and in many other CFO and private company situations.

He has extensive public company governance experience from over a dozen Board memberships including recently having served as Interim Chairman of the Argus Corporation. In his very extensive charitable and community activities he is most commonly associated with the visual arts, having served among others as the Chairman of the Royal Canadian Academy Foundation. Jay will bring to the Company the financial expertise to help bring our projects to fruition.

Mr. Dahn has over 40 years experience in the mining and exploration industry. His experience includes over 16 years with Noranda and Hemlo Gold Mines Inc., Exploration Manager of Eastern Canada for Battle Mountain Gold Company as Vice President Exploration with Olympus Pacific Minerals Inc., and most recently Tri-Star Resources plc. Mr. Dahn is currently Chairman of the Board at Manganese X Energy Corp. Roger brings extensive mineral exploration experience to the Company, a registered professional geologist and Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Martin Kepman and Associates Inc, founded in 1982, is a business development and management consulting firm owned and operated by its president Martin Kepman. Martin, in his 34 years of consulting experience, has consulted on a wide range of projects, in multiple industries ranging from software , soft goods, printing, food to mining. Martin is also the CEO of the junior mining company Mangenese X.

Gordon was previously the Vice-President of Finance and Accounting at Fortuna Silver Mines and held senior positions at Augusta Resources, Lundin Mining and Pan American Silver and brings a wealth of experience in the capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, SOX compliance, tax planning, corporate structuring, process improvements and regulatory compliance.
