Edison Lithium Files NI 43-101 Technical Report for Joutel North-West and Gagn\u00e9 Properties<\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=“custom“ accent_color=“#d4e4fa“][vc_column_text]Vancouver, British Columbia, September 3, 2026 <\/strong>\u2013 Edison Lithium Corp. <\/strong>(TSXV: EDDY, OTC PINK: EDDYF; FWB: VV0) (\u201cEdison<\/strong>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d), further to its news release dated September 1, 2026, is pleased to announce that it has filed the independent technical report (the \u201cTechnical Report<\/strong>\u201d) entitled \u201cTechnical Report on the Joutel North-West and Gagn\u00e9 Gold Property, Eeyou-Istchee James Bay, Quebec, Canada<\/em>\u201d, with an effective date of July 8, 2026.<\/p>\n

The Technical Report was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 \u2013 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects and is being filed in connection with the Company\u2019s proposed acquisition of the Joutel North-West gold property and the Gagn\u00e9 gold-copper property.<\/p>\n

The Transaction remains subject to, among other matters, the Company satisfying the remaining requirements outlined in the TSX Venture Exchange (the \u201cExchange<\/strong>\u201d) conditional acceptance letter in accordance with Exchange policies, which the Company is in the process of completing.<\/p>\n
